  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for the item to be delivered and then follow our return process.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for items returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
